At Core Hero®, our customers are the heart of our business. We take pride in offering quality products and seamless service. Please review this Shipping Policy to ensure you understand our terms before placing an order.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will include tracking details, the courier, and an estimated delivery date. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails.
Processing Time and Shipping Schedule
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Processing time is separate from shipping time, so total delivery time includes both. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Courier Partners and Tracking
We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and courier availability, and tracking may take 1-4 days to update.
While we aim for timely delivery, Core Hero® is not responsible for any delays once the package leaves our warehouse. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Optional Shipping Protection
All shipments are automatically protected against damage or misplacement at a cost of 4% of the subtotal (rounded to the nearest dollar). If you opt-out of this coverage, you will not be protected against any issues that occur during transit.
If your product is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, reach out to our team within 30 days and we will issue a full refund or replacement. Contact us at info@mycorehero.com.
*Items successfully delivered cannot be replaced if lost or stolen after delivery.

Signatures and Package Delivery
Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign, you may designate someone else or make alternative arrangements with the courier. Once a package is delivered, Core Hero® is no longer responsible. Please note we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even with upgraded shipping.
Damages Due to Courier Handling
While we ensure secure packaging, any damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the courier. If your package is damaged, please contact the courier and share photos with us at info@mycorehero.com. While we cannot offer refunds for courier damage, we will assist in resolving the issue.
Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
If your package is missing items, email us at info@mycorehero.com within 48 hours. If items ship separately, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers. We cover shipping costs for missing or incomplete orders. If replacements are unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Ensure all shipping details are accurate during checkout to avoid delays. If we detect an address issue, we’ll contact you within 3 business days for verification. Orders with unresolved address issues may be canceled. Core Hero® does not cover packages undelivered due to address issues such as incomplete information or inaccessible entryways. For any changes, email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delayed Delivery
Delays due to external factors, such as weather or courier issues, may occur. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will keep you informed and assist with any issues.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Delivery times vary by country, and tracking may take 1-4 days to update.

Core Hero® is not liable for customs fees or lost/stolen packages during international shipping. If customs hold your package, it may be your responsibility to provide the necessary information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact the courier to file a claim. We’ll assist in resolving the issue, but Core Hero® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A replacement may be offered based on the situation.
Returns
For returns, customers are responsible for packaging and mailing but the return label is provided by Core Hero® at no cost to the customer. Review our refund policy on our website for eligibility. If you have questions, contact us at info@mycorehero.com.
Cancellation and Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled by us, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
Shipping Policy Changes
Core Hero® reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. It’s the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version before purchasing.
