Core Hero® Shipping Policy

At Core Hero®, our customers are the heart of our business. We take pride in providing quality products and seamless service. Please review the following terms to understand our shipping processes and your responsibilities as a buyer.
1. Processing & Shipping Schedule

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Total Delivery Time: This includes both processing time and transit time.
2. Order Tracking & Communications

Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Note: It may take 1–4 days for tracking information to update once the label is created. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these updates.
3. Shipping Protection (Optional)
Protect your investment by opting into Shipping Protection at checkout for a fee of 4% of your subtotal (rounded to the nearest dollar).

With Protection: If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, contact us within 30 days at info@mycorehero.com for a full refund or replacement.

Without Protection: Per our FOB Origin terms, Core Hero® is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. If you opt-out, any loss or damage during transit is the buyer's responsibility.

Exclusions: Shipping Protection is non-refundable and does not cover items stolen after a confirmed delivery by the courier.
4. International Shipping (DDU)
We ship worldwide using Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.

Customs Delays: Core Hero® is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Verification: Ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or inaccessible entryways.

Order Changes: If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once processing has begun.

Unresolved Errors: If we detect an address issue, we will contact you. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, the order will be canceled.
6. Damages & Missing Items

Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at info@mycorehero.com. We cover all shipping costs for sending missing replacements.

Courier Damage: While we use secure packaging, physical damage caused by the courier is the carrier's responsibility. We will assist you in filing a claim, but we do not offer direct refunds for courier-inflicted damage unless Shipping Protection was purchased.
7. Delivery & Signatures

Signatures: Some couriers may require a signature. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier for redelivery or pickup.

Weekend Delivery: We cannot guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery, even with upgraded shipping.

Post-Delivery: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier, Core Hero® is no longer responsible for theft or loss.
8. Returns & Cancellations

Returns: Core Hero® provides a pre-paid return label at no cost to the customer. However, customers are responsible for the physical packaging and mailing of the return. Please see our [Refund Policy] for eligibility.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. Refunds for canceled orders typically process within 3–5 business days.
9. Policy Updates
Core Hero® reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policy prior to every purchase.
