At Core Hero®, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item (confirmed by the carrier’s delivery scan). If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all cords, manuals, and accessories included.

3. Restocking Fee

Please note that all returns for non-defective items are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. This fee covers the labor costs associated with inspecting, repacking, and restocking returned units.

  • The restocking fee is deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Example: If you return an item purchased for $100, your refund will be $80.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please do not return it immediately. Instead, contact our support team at info@mycorehero.com with a description of the issue (and a photo or video if possible).

  • If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

  • The restocking fee is waived for verified defective items.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@mycorehero.com with your Order Number.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package label without contacting us first. Returns sent to unapproved addresses may be rejected.

  • Our support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the 20% restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account after we have released the funds.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately. If the order has already entered the shipping queue, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a standard return.
