How does it work? How do I use it?

The core hero™ works by restoring the natural curvature of your cervical spine.

  1. Lie on your back on a soft, flat surface, like a yoga mat.
  2. Place the core hero™ neck massager firmly up against your shoulders so the curved pillow portion aligns with your cervical spine.
  3. Hold down the power button until the therapy cycle begins and enjoy!
  4. To stay on one therapy, hold the therapy button then tap to select (heat, vibration, or lifting).

We recommend at least 10 minutes of treatment per day for best results.

How long does it take to feel relief?

As with any spine-related therapies, consistency is key. With one or two, 10-15 minute sessions per day, you should begin to notice substantial relief within a week. Most of our customers experience positive effects immediately upon lying on our massagers but lasting effects will take regular use.
