Lie on your back on a hard, flat surface (ideally on a yoga mat).

Place the core hero™ neck massager firmly up against your shoulders so the curved pillow portion aligns with your spine.

Hold down the power button until the therapy cycle begins and enjoy!

We recommend at least 10 minutes of treatment for best results.

How long does it take to feel relief?
